The Sri Lanka Magic Circle nurtures magicians and improves their skills by conducting training workshops and magic contests.Yearly contests are conducted at several levels. They are conducted according to a set of strict rules. If contestants do not come up to an acceptable level, the relevant trophy or certificate is not awarded.
Junior Magician of the Year for the Donovan Andree Trophy
This contest is open for members between the ages of 13 and 18 years.
Magician of the Year
This contest is open for members over 18 years.
National Championship
This contest is open to all Sri Lankans over 18 years.
Master Magician
This contest is open for members who have already won the Magician of the Year contest.
Amateur Magician
Linden de Alwis (Prof. Dalvo), Challenge Trophy. This contest is open for members over 18 years.
Lady Magician of the Year
This contest is open for lady members over 18 years.
