Becoming a member is super simple!
Joining the Sri Lanka Magic Circle offers a fantastic opportunity to connect with MAGIC enthusiasts, professionals, hobbyists, illusionists, dealers, and various performing artists. Membership is open to all who share a passion for the Magical Arts. Our objective is to encourage and promote public interest in the art of magic with particular emphasis on preserving its history as an art form, entertainment medium, and hobby.
Membership becomes active once we approve your application and corresponding payment. Renewals are required annually by paying the applicable fees. As a member of SLMC, you are expected to adhere to the Society’s constitution, Code of Conduct, and any guidelines provided.
The Executive Committee reserves the right to decline any application at their discretion.

DECLARATION
I desire to be enrolled as a Member of the Sri Lanka Magic Circle. I promise that I will abide by and act in accordance with the Rules, constitution, and standing order of the Magic Circle. I further promise that I will not in any way, knowingly or intentionally, disclose any secrets of Magic to anyone unless he/she is a Brother/Sister Magician and to confine the discussion of effects and secrets originating, only within the circle. I will also pledge myself not to write or publish secrets of magic, except in magic publications devoted entirety to Magic.
I will always discourage the public disclosure of magical secrets and lodge information of any such default with the council of the Circle. I solemnly undertake not to copy any original magical idea or the original presentation of any magical effect of another member of the circle without having first obtained the originators’ consent.
I will, at all times use my best endeavors to elevate the Art of Magic and to promote the good of the Sri Lanka Magic Circle.

SLMC Membership fees fall due on the 1st January each year.
